This Privacy Policy describes how I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or use my storefront services through IndieMade.
This policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including IndieMade or any third-party payment processors you use to complete your order.

To fulfill your order, you must provide certain information, which you authorized IndieMade to provide to me. This information includes:

- Your email address
- Your physical shipping address
- The details of the product(s) or custom commission you are ordering
Note: I do not see, receive, or store your credit card details, bank information, or payment credentials. All transactions are securely handled by your chosen payment processor.
2. How I Use Your Information
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, strictly for the following essential business purposes:
- Order Fulfillment: I use your physical shipping address to print postage labels, calculate shipping costs, and deliver your physical items (like stickers, fursuit supplies, or 3D prints).
- Order Communication: I will use your email address to contact you directly with updates about your order status, clarify custom artwork commissions, ask for reference approvals, or address transactional problems.
- Automated Review Reminders: My website platform (IndieMade) automatically sends a follow-up email after your purchase to invite you to leave a review about your experience.
- Legal Compliance: I may keep or use your information if necessary to comply with tax laws, accounting records, business audits, or legal disputes.
3. What I DO NOT Do With Your Data
I value your privacy and believe in complete transparency.
- No Marketing or Newsletters: I do not operate a mailing list, send promotional newsletters, or blast your inbox with marketing material. You will only ever receive strictly transactional emails related to an active order.
- No Data Selling: I never sell, rent, or trade your personal information, email address, or physical address to third-party advertisers or external companies.

- IndieMade: I share information with IndieMade as necessary to provide you my shop services and comply with my obligations under their platform terms.
- Shipping Carriers: I share your name and shipping address with postal services (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) solely to dispatch and deliver your physical packages.
- Legal Obligations: I may disclose your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to respond to legal processes, government investigations, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers or shop.

However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations. I generally keep your basic order history and transaction data for 7 years for internal business accounting purposes.

You can contact me at any time to request that your order details or communication histories be permanently removed from my personal records, and I will fulfill it immediately provided it does not conflict with my legal tax obligations.
