Starry Fae Studios Terms of Service
Last updated: 8/20/2026
These terms apply to orders and commissions from Starry Fae Studios / Starry Fae Apollo.
By placing an order and agreeing to these terms, you accept the rules below. The rules of Etsy, Ko-fi, or another payment platform also apply. If the law or platform gives you more rights, those rights still apply.
1. Payment and Orders
- Full payment is required before work begins or an item ships.
- An order is not confirmed until payment is received.
- Prices are shown in the currency listed on the item page or invoice.
- The buyer is responsible for any taxes, customs charges, or import fees required in their country.
2. Custom Work and Art Commissions
Timing and Delivery
- Most commissions take 1 to 4 weeks.
- This is an estimate unless a firm deadline is agreed to in writing.
- The timeline may change due to queue size, project complexity, illness, emergencies, or slow replies.
- Final files will be sent through the agreed platform, email, or download link.
Communication
- Please reply when asked for feedback, approval, or missing details.
- If no response is received for 7 days, work may continue using best judgment or be delivered in its current state.
- If no response is received for 30 days, the commission may be closed as abandoned.
- Work already completed is non-refundable if a commission is abandoned.
Revisions
- Two free revision rounds are included during the sketch or prototype sculpting stage.
- Major changes should be requested before sketch/prototype approval.
- Extra revisions, or changes requested after approval, cost $15 each.
- Artist errors (e.g., missing an agreed detail) will be fixed for free.
- Large changes to the character, pose, design, or original request may require a new commission and payment.
Cancellations and Refunds
- You may cancel for a full refund before work begins.
- After work begins, any refund will be based proportionally on the unfinished portion of the commission.
- Completed work is non-refundable for a change of mind, except as required by law or platform rules.
- If the artist cancels, a full refund will be issued for any uncompleted work.
